How do I install the Chrome Extension?
Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for UK Visa Sponsorship Checker. Click Add to Chrome, then sign in with your ITVisaSponsors.uk account.
What counts as one check?
Each time the extension analyses a job page counts as one check. Opening multiple tabs of the same job only counts once.
Why does my check count not reset?
Free plan checks never reset — they are lifetime checks. Starter plan checks reset on your monthly billing date.
The extension shows wrong company name. What do I do?
Click the Wrong company or role link at the bottom of the widget. You can type the correct company name to search manually.
Can I use the extension on LinkedIn?
Yes. The extension works on LinkedIn job view pages (linkedin.com/jobs/view/...). It does not work on LinkedIn search results pages.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to your dashboard and click Upgrade plan, or visit the pricing page and select the plan that suits you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dashboard, click Billing, then click Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
What is clearance detection?
The extension automatically scans job descriptions for SC, DV, eDV, BPSS, and CTC security clearance requirements. This is a safety feature available on all plans.
