Refund Policy

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following apply:

• ✓Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the charge date
• ✓You have used fewer than 5 checks on your account

Not Eligible for Refund

A refund will not be issued if:

• ✗More than 7 days have passed since the charge date
• ✗You have used 5 or more checks on your account
• ✗The payment was for a credit pack (one-time purchase)

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria above you can request a refund directly from your billing page in your account dashboard. The refund button will only appear if you are within the eligibility window.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Credit Packs

One-time credit pack purchases (Small, Medium, Large) are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
